Soba

Soba is one of several kinds of Japanese noodles.  It is made for buckwheat.　The most common type of Soba are known by colander soba.   Soba is said to have come from the Nara Era.    There are various kinds of Soba by the district.   For example,  tea soba is famous in Shizuoka,  Arare soba is famous in Tokyo,　 Hadano soba is famous in Kanagawa.  These days,  Soba has spreads through not only Japan but also the world.　For example,　pasta Soba is famous in Italy.  I think Soba is good Japanese culture.  It is very delicious.  I want to continue to eat soba.
